Straight from the hill slopes of western Sicily, our Raw Unfiltered Wild‑flowers Honey captures the spontaneous beauty of spring’s bloom.

At 300 m above sea level and just six kilometres from the sea, our native Sicilian bees forage among abundant wild flora: Sulla clover in April, cardoons in May, dill in June, and eucalyptus in July.

The result is a honey alive with nuance—sun‑warmed herb, meadow blossoms, and a whisper of saline breeze. Gently centrifuged from freshly collected honeycombs (April–June), matured in stainless steel tins and kept entirely unfiltered, it offers you the full texture and flavour that nature intended. Pure, unrefined, and deeply Sicilian.
