Hand-harvested from vineyards kissed by the sea, it reveals aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and wild herbs.

On the palate, it’s fresh and mineral, with a gentle salinity and a long, elegant finish. No additives, no shortcuts—just the authentic voice of Grillo in its natural form. Honest, lively, and full of soul.

Vinification method:

• Hand-harvested Grillo grapes

• Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts

• Skin contact for a few days to enhance aroma and texture

• Aged on fine lees in stainless steel

• No filtration, no clarification, minimal sulphur
