Catarratto – still white wine

Crisp, mineral and bright — our still Catarratto captures the pure essence of the Mount of Alcamo. Grown at altitude on white marl soils, each hand-harvested grape carries the cool breeze and sun-drenched character of its hillside home. In the glass it unfolds with citrus and white flower aromas, a vibrant saline edge and a long, refreshing finish.

Vinification method:

• 100% Catarratto grapes, hand-harvested

• Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts

• Aged in cement to preserve tension and clarity

• Minimal intervention, nothing added, nothing taken away
