With just one day of skin contact and seven months ageing in stainless steel, it’s designed to be cool, clean, and drinkable on hot afternoons. No additives, no fuss — spontaneous fermentation and minimal sulphur keep it honest and natural.

Vinification method:

• Hand-harvested Nerello Mascalese grapes (100%)

• 1-day maceration on skins

• Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts

• Aged 7 months in stainless steel

• No filtration, no fining, very low sulphur
