Vinification method:

• 100% Nero d’Avola grapes, hand-harvested

• Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts

• Maceration on skins for full color and aroma

• Aged 9 months in Sicilian chestnut tonneaux

• No filtration, no fining, minimal sulphur
